Reviewing the Gopro Hero7 video of my tennis strokes, I observed the following errors:
- Forehand
- Use a wider stance (should be sitting down)
- Not twisting enough before ball contact
- The left (non-playing) hand drops down during the stroke
- Stand on your toes (not flat-footed)
- Move more
- Two-handed backhand
- Preload (twist) more
- Start with the racket high up, before initiating the loop
- One-handed backhand
- Stay sideways through the shot
- Backhand Slice
- For more power, you can hop forward on the front leg
- Use continental grip (bevel 2 on the index knuckle)
- The ball will travel in the direction of the racket (chopping low, and the ball will go low)
- Volley
- Do not swing the racket
- Hit the ball before the foot touches down
- Serve
- Racket drop is still incorrect
- The right arm should be palm down during the beginning of the swing
