In the morning, with the slightly cooler San Francisco Bay area weather, I returned to off-road motorcycling in my favorite Hollister Hills SVRA.
I loaded the bike and stopped by for some bagels and cookies (for lunch) at my nearby House of Bagels. I continued on toward Hollister Hills SVRA, taking another hour of driving time.
Upon arrival, I noticed the parking lot was empty but I did not encounter many riders on trails. Due to emission restrictions, only green sticker bikes were allowed (until October, when red sticker bikes became legal).
I rode Harmony Road Trail twice and practiced many loops on the TT racetrack. It was great to be out riding again, but I was sweating a lot and got tired rather quickly. The summer heat really got to me.
I recorded a nice high-definition GoPro Hero4 video of my ride on Harmony Road:
I had a great time at Hollister Hills and hope to be back again soon. It's an excellent park for off-road motorcycling.
