Sangria Sunday at the Mountain Winery

For Father's Day, we decided to go to Mountain Winery's Sangria Sunday with Santos Perdidos.
It was a lovely, sunny day out, and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the winery.

The band started playing around 11:30 a.m. but was not especially loud or energetic. I expected energy, but the band sounded muted like it played background music.

We ordered a pitcher of Sangria - this was Sangria Sunday, after all - and drank it all! It was pretty delicious (Grandpa helped a lot)

As we were early at 11:15 a.m., most tables were open, and the waitresses were fast. As the tables filled, service speed declined a lot.

I ordered the Shrimp Ceviche, pictured below, for my entree. It was delicious, but not especially big. The shrimp was delicious, and the guacamole was fresh. The chips were good but a bit cold.

Grandpa had the Snapper Vera Cruz with Spice-Rubbed Shrimp, pictured below. He liked it a lot.

Inna had the "Tacos," shown below. She liked the tacos.

Alex ordered the "Chipotle Chicken Fajita Skillet," and he liked it. I tried some of it, and it was well-prepared.

The Sangria Sunday Buffet menu is attached below.

The band Santos Perdidos played Latin music. Here is a video sample of Dos Gardenias.
